We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 3 working. Occasionally it may take 7 working days to get your goods delivered to your door. Please note a postcode and contact phone number are essential to process a delivery. Damaged Goods99% of goods are delivered with no hitches. Occasionally a package arrives and goods have been damaged in transit. To have any claim against the carrier you must sign for goods as "Damaged" or refuse them due to damage. If in doubt, open your package before the carrier leaves. If the wrapping is in anyway damaged, torn or dented etc. then try to open it immediately and check the goods. If in doubt or in a rush, sign for it as "Damaged" but bear in mind that to get replacement goods, any damaged goods have to be returned first (so it's easier and cheaper to send back with delivering carrier!). We cannot replace goods due to damage in transit once they have been accepted and signed for as we then have no claim against the carrier. |
