Leam Boat Centre is located just off Mill Road, Leamington Spa. We would advise you to park in Mill Road. If you follow the path past the playground into Mill Gardens you will find us in about 25 metres on the left.

Coming from M40 heading North
Exit M40 Junction 13, at the top of the sliproad take a right on Banbury Road. At the island take 3rd exit towards leamington onto Europa Way. At the next island take 2nd exit towards Leamington A452, at the next island take the 1st exit, then at the following island take the 3rd exit A425 towards Southam. Continue over 2 sets of traffic lights, in 100 metres on the left take George Street, continue straight across the staggered crossroads into mill Street and Mill Road is directly infront.

Coming from M40 heading South
Exit M40 Junction 14, at the end of the sliproad go straight across Island. At the island take 2nd exit towards leamington onto Europa Way. At the next island take 2nd exit towards Leamington A452, at the next island take the 1st exit, then at the following island take the 3rd exit A425 towards Southam. Coming from M1 heading North
Exit M1 Junction 17, onto M45 towards Coventry continue onto A45. Take the A445 towards Southam, follow the A445 into leamington, the A445 becomes Lillington Road, continue on this road over the first crossroads. At the second Crossroads take a left, then take the 4th road on the right into Mill Road continue to the end, in order to park.

Coming from M1 heading South or M6 heading South
From the M1 take Junction 21, onto M69 towards Coventry, At the end of the M69 or from M6 Junction 2 take the A46 towards Coventry. Continue on the A46 towards Leamington Spa and Warwick. Exit A46 at the "Kenilworth Junction" take the A452 towards Leamington. Continue on this road into Leamington Spa, at the end of the road at the island take a right then at the lights take a left. Continue straight crossing the River Leam after the bridge take the first left Priory Terrarce, as the road bears right head straight on and Mill Road is on the left.
